Natures Wonder
Boquete
Boquete is a mountain town in Western Panama, located in the Chiriquí Highlands near the border with Costa Rica. The town is known for its spring-like climate all year round, surrounded by cloud forests, waterfalls, and coffee plantations. Boquete is a gateway to the Volcán Barú National Park, where hikers can reach Panama’s highest peak, at a whopping 11,401 feet. Boquete also has an annual Boquete Flower and Coffee Festival because of the town's coffee production and flower cultivation.
